WESTFORD, Mass. (August 5, 2008) – LightLab Imaging, Inc., the global leader in Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Imaging for Cardiac and other applications, today announced the appointment of Mr. Warren (Renny) Clark III, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Clark will report directly to Mr. David Kolstad, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will manage the company’s financial and administrative operations.

Mr. Kolstad said. “He is a proven leader and brings both broad experience in the medical device industry and deep financial expertise to the organization. This appointment represents another important step in building out our team to achieve our strategic growth plan.”Mr. Clark comes to LightLab Imaging with over 20 years of financial experience. Prior to joining the company, Mr Clark held several leadership positions with Boston Scientific, including Vice President and Controller, Cardiovascular Division. Previous experience also includes financial reporting and analysis with the Imaging Systems division of Hewlett-Packard Company and corporate lending at the Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Clark received a BA in Political Studies from Pitzer College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
