About Warren Clark

Warren (Renny) Clark III, is Chief Financial Officer of Lightlab Imaging. Mr. Clark comes to LightLab Imaging with over 20 years of financial experience. Prior to joining the company, Mr Clark held several leadership positions with Boston Scientific, including Vice President and Controller, Cardiovascular Division. Previous experience also includes financial reporting and analysis with the Imaging Systems division of Hewlett-Packard Company and corporate lending at the Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Clark received a BA in Political Studies from Pitzer College and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
